Return Policy:
Here at Diamond, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand you may need to return an item that doesn't meet your needs. If that occurs, we want to make sure you have all the details you need:
1. If you ever need to return an item, please remember there will be a 20% Restocking Fee, but don't worry, we're here to help!
2. You'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Just ensure the product is in its original packaging and is new and unused.
3. Remember to include all the accessories and items in the box when you return the product to us.
4. If you change your mind after the product has shipped, it'll be treated as a return.
5. Unfortunately, we can't refund any delivery and service fees.
6. Mattresses ordered with beds cannot be returned.
7. Custom-made products, specifically crafted to suit your unique needs, are non-returnable.
8. Request a Return Authorization (RA) from Diamond within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
9. Ship the item back to the address we provide on the RA within 15 days.
10. Once we approve your return, we'll refund you, minus any restocking and freight fees, back to your original payment method.
