Return Policy Considerations:
We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn't work out, which is why we offer a flexible return policy for our in-stock lift chairs. Please note, chairs that have been customized to your preference, including choices of fabric, heat and massage features, PowerPillow, extended footrests, or left-hand controls, are crafted uniquely for you and thus are not eligible for return.
Stock Lift Chairs Return Instructions:
- Chairs must be in the same new and unopened condition as when purchased.
- A restocking fee of 20% is applicable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and chairs must be in their original packaging.
- All parts and accessories that came with the chair must be included in the return.
- Orders canceled after shipping are processed as returns.
- Charges for delivery and service are final and not subject to refunds.
- To initiate a return, please request a Return Authorization (RA) from us within 30 days of delivery.
- The chair must be returned to the specified address on the RA within 10 days of its issuance.
- Refunds, minus restocking and shipping fees, will be credited to the original method of payment upon return approval.
- Chairs accepted and signed for by a delivery technician are not returnable.
