Restocking Fee: Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This helps us maintain our standards of quality and service.
Return Shipping: We ask that you cover the cost of return shipping. To be eligible for a return, the product should be in its original, unused condition, including all packaging.
Complete Returns: It's important that all accessories and items originally included in the box are returned. This ensures that other customers can enjoy a complete product.
Cancellation After Shipping: Orders cancelled after the product has already been shipped will need to be processed as a return.
Non-refundable Fees: Please be aware that delivery and service fees are not refundable.
Mattress Policy: For hygiene and safety reasons, mattresses ordered with beds are non-returnable.
Custom-Made Products: Items custom-made to meet your specific needs cannot be returned.
Return Authorization (RA): If you need to return an item, please request a Return Authorization (RA) from us within 30 days of delivery.
Return Timelines: After receiving your RA, the item must be shipped back to the address provided within 15 days.
