Case managers have special needs when it comes to home care equipment. You are orchestrating the prompt and safe return home for patients many times a day. You need fast service and the assurance your patient won’t return for an avoidable reason.
Order Intake
You can send your order to us in any manner you like. You can call us, fax us, or use our order form. We’re also a member of the Allscripts network for fast online ordering.
Confirmation
Within minutes of receiving an order you will receive a confirmation from us. You’ll receive further confirmations as the order progresses through delivery. Should any problems arise you’re notified immediately.
Delivery
Our delivery vehicles are equipped with an “eye in the sky” satellite system that allows is to pinpoint the closest technician to you. Each vehicle is also equipped with GPS guidance and traffic warning systems. Our logistics center monitors Caltrans and CHP for significant traffic events and routes your delivery accordingly.
Your order will be delivered promptly by an expertly trained technician. We will not leave your patient until they, or their care taker, are capable of demonstrating the safe use of their new equipment.
Follow-up
Your patients will receive a follow-up call from us within 72 hours of delivery. We will once again go over their equipment and probe for questions or concerns. These calls are made by specially trained staff members who can quickly resolve problems or arrange for same day service.
